Caring for community properties
A Fresh Finish.
Built on Proper Preparation.
An HOA retaining-wall restoration, shared by Matt McDonald. A renewed appearance starts with attention to the surface underneath.

Restoring a wall.
Refreshing a community.
The existing wall showed deteriorating paint, discoloration, and the effects of outdoor exposure. Pathway’s crew cleared away unsound material and prepared the masonry before recoating.
The team applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon Self-Cleaning Acrylic Coating—a finish selected for this exterior masonry project.
Matt’s project update highlights the care behind the finished result: thorough preparation and a coating suited to the surface.
